We are looking for a lead unity developer in order to reinforce our existing Game Client / Game Server development team of our game “Games Of Glory” (http://games-of-glory.com/), as well as coming projects. Your tasks would be:
Gameplay and AI programming
Asset, Fx and animation integration
Bug fixing + profiling + optimization
Support and co-ordination of our other developers
Candidate Profile

We’re looking for game developers with around 3-7 years experience of software and/or video game development. Required Skills:

Extensive experience of development in game engines, preferrably in C # / Unity
Experience of C++
Strong plusses:
Engineering degree
Strong analytical capability
Multi-player network game programming
Bonus: Rendering programming, Scrum/agile development experience

Lead Community Manager

Position Duties

As Lead Community Manager, you will be the primary creator of content for the community, responsible for planning and executing player engagement strategies for the upcoming title Games of Glory. You will also coordinate the efforts of regional community managers to ensure a consistent company voice and provide support to growing communities.

LBC community managers are player ambassadors. They ensure that player needs are communicated to the development team. They identify influencers, and take action to empower them.

You Will:
Create original LBC communications for our newsletters, website, and social media channels, including blog posts, contests, news items, patch notes, and videos
Respond quickly and gracefully to player comments, questions, and feedback on all channels
Organize the international community management team and provide editorial guidance for the content to be published at regional levels
Identify and empower fanatical local community coordinators and give them the tools to create grassroots growth within their networks
Plan and execute a content calendar for all platforms and channels
Organize and act as a contact point for community tournaments
Provide regular reports & analysis on the performance of your initiatives
Act as webmaster for the new Games of Glory community portal

Webdeveloper/designer [POSITION FILLED]

Lightbulb Crew is developing a MOBA. We are looking for a web-developer to develop web-based solutions for website interfaces as well as in-game user interfaces (advanced single page app developed with a modern Javascript/HTML/CSS framework). The game is developed on the Unity engine, with certain components having an HTML interface. The perfect applicant is an excellent Javascript developer and has a deep understanding of different web technologies.

Candidate profile

Experienced Game Designer [POSITION FILLED]

Position Duties

Lightbulb Crew is seeking an experienced game designer to work on Games of Glory and other future projects. The role includes:

  • Design of features and concepts of games at all levels (core game-play, social mechanics etc)
  • Test and validation of game-play components
  • Game balancing (capabilities, weapons etc)
  • Work with producers to define development tasks
  • in-engine rules implementation
  • Documentation of features and design and the communication thereof to the team
  • Data and usage analysis

Candidate Profile

  • More than 2 years of game design experience
  • At least one title released
  • Well organized and productive
  • Creative and challenging mind
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and spoken communication (English and French)
  • Strong English skills necessary

Additional Information

Free-to play experience is a positive, as is console development experience. Design of “core game” mechanics and an analytical mind also a strong plus.
